Position Overview
Responsible for customer service, tasting, valuing and selling Teas in accordance with laid-down procedures and trends to the satisfaction of the client and other stakeholders.
Operations Efficiency
- • Develop and implement annual performance targets, work plans, and operational activities for allocated accounts
- • Create and revise strategies and policies for allocated accounts
- • Manage day-to-day activities of the Assistant Tea Executive
- • Supervise the Tea Catalogue generation process
- • Manage customer accounts and resources efficiently
Requirements
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Agriculture or a similar, relevant field from a recognised University
Experience
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tea industry
- • At least 5 years of experience in tea manufacturing
- • Proven expertise in grading, tasting, and valuing teas
Skills & Attributes
- • Familiarity with EATTA rules and regulations
- • High integrity and ethical standards
- • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- • Effective communication and customer relations skills
